Full of information, fact’s etc. easy to read. I’m not there yet but I asked for the book for Christmas and am now more aware of what will happen.

I have a few other symptoms night sweats mood swings hot flushes etc I think I'm more Peri menopausal tho

not heard of that as a menopausal symptom before OP. Sure you’re not giving her earache bemoaning her dwindling sex drive?

I’m all seriousness, sounds like she needs a medical MOT
