I have been ill all fucking week. I've literally dragged myself through it.

One person has been an utter dickhead and been quite narcissistic towards me.

Another has been just the same.

Another let me down when I actually reached out for help this evening.

And today I lost the will to live quite drastically.

I'm really looking forward to my weekend.

But there are some good eggs on here, one in particular has been really cool with me.

Tomorrow is a new day.

Personal life wise it has been an absolute shit show, I don’t know how some people sleep at night

Work wise it’s been bloody amazing and more amazing things to come next week

Well a guy who only works Mondays at local gym was meant to call never did so now I gotta hope he calls this Monday coming up or I'm waiting another week..he's meant to be seeing me to organise my 12 week programme

Really shit week or so , hospitals with eldest and high school open evenings with youngest. I'm on my own only me but there's two who need me. I can be in 2 places

so I'm overwhelmed but tomorrow is a new day

Ugh! Busy, the usual fighting fires. Not been sleeping very well so I'm exhausted

Not working now until Wednesday so plan to chill, Townhouse visit Monday for some much needed stress release
