Following on from another post, do you have a distinction between FAB and real life friends?
I have friends in real life and I have FAB friends but they're very different kinds of relationships for me and are worlds apart. Wondering what others think of this topic? |

My friends — people that truly know me, trust me, and I trust, those who know my current life happenings— aren’t different in terms of how I treat them simply based on where our paths crossed.
I have friends and I have acquaintances. This is the defining factor for me. |

"I don’t know if I’d call them different kinds of friends, but we certainly chat about *very* different things.
"
Haha! I get that lol! Although my real life friends know all about my Swinging life and love the stories!
I guess, in order for me to consider someone as a friend in my real life, they're are a ride or die, whereas those in this world are people I get along with and we have a shared interest, basically someone I'm friendly with as opposed to being an actual friend and confidante |

My Fåb friends - the ones that I meet for passion, dinners, culture and tea - are my real friends, and very dear to me. My other friends - extraneous to Fab - have no notion about my Fab life, and they are also close to me.
There is no distinction otherwise. |

I keep my circles very small and tight and the only difference is that I don't discuss my sex life with anyone outside of fab.
Some of my closest and most trustworthy friends are people I have met through fab. They aren't on the site anymore but we are still in touch.
My best friend on fab is someone I trust implicitly and we are fully supportive of each other every day.

As you.
We have FAB friends and 'normal' friends !!
Never mix them.
Just would not be comfortable with mixing, terrified that a slip of the tongue may occur.
We like the difference, we like the fact that our secret life remains just that.
Nobody knows or is interested in your career, house, financial position.
Most of our vanilla friends know all about us and our kids etc.
Going to keep our secret life secret but treat each section of friends with respect.
To be fair, non of the couples or singles we have met for swinging has really wanted to become more than FAB friends.
The only exception is the folks we meet on swinging holidays we love to meet them again on holiday and new people too.
I suppose its each to their own. |
