A Walter Mitty Chief of Police has been caught wearing a Falklands Island medal when in fact he joined the Navy two years after the conflict ended. Some say there are a few rotten apples at the bottom of the barrel. This bugger was as the top of the barrel. What's going on here guys. It's all over the news |
