No. Your homework for this evening is to say hello on the Nocturnal Thread.

Go for it. I would join you but the dogs will want to go out before bed or I’ll have puddles on the floor

Go for it.

If you’ve nothing pressing to do, the sleep will benefit you more than staying up.

Never too early,

Rest is important.

I've a midnight errand to run, so jumped into bed straight from work.

Yes. 7:30 is too early to go to bed. Only acceptable if you have to get up very early

Just because you get into bed doesn't necessarily mean going to sleep straight away lol

Well I did it.

2 hours of much needed sleep.

Now wide awake. I'll give it a couple of hours, a large JD and then try again.

See, this is why you don't go to bed this early. You won't sleep well and just fuck up your bedtime habits...

Generally: Don't spend time in the bedroom unless you're about to sleep (or well, have sex..). Especially NOT on the bed (like watching a movie with a laptop or something. Very bad).

And you should go to bed at the same time every day.

OK.

That would be apply if....

I actually had a bedroom.

I actually had a TV.

I didn't work 18 hrs days some days and not at all on others.

I had the chance to go to bed at the same time each day.

And my brain would actually shut off once in a while.

But hey. Everyone's the same, right.....

People don't like special snowflakes.

Do you want me to rebutt all and each of those points, or are you just arguing to argue?

Deepest darkest Peru

I took myself to bed at around 6.30 pm last night

I’m emotionally drained and my body wasn’t half letting me know
