The Chief of Police's men are in the firing line for what is being called the misuse of body worn cameras. Cameras being turned off when attending incidents, footage being shared via WhatsApp of naked people, footage being withheld, footage being lost or destroyed..

What's going on here guys. It's all over the news

Nowhere

Are you hinting at unprofessional behaviour amongst our elite police force… like maybe some of them don’t display the level of maturity professionalism integrity and discipline we would expect from them? This is an outrage … it can’t possibly be true- it would be a breach of public trust!!!

Check your sources Tom - it’s probably some petty criminal with an axe to grind!!!

Just read this on BBC News Tom.

I will say that I have been watching auditors on YouTube, they go to public building and film the responses of the people who work there, these people object to filming and call the police.

What happens to these auditors is shocking at the hands of the police and led to the police being warned by their own federation that PINAC is allowed.

Because those knobbers aren’t “auditors”, they’re just unemployed bums looking for trouble.

"What happens to these auditors is shocking at the hands of the police..."

What; being bored to death by rambling and sometime inaccurate descriptions of the crimes they may be committing?

Where do these auditors publish their reports so I can make an informed decision on the state of policing?

Anyone can be an auditor, you, I and them.

And the most popular ones make a good living filming there interactions with public authorities.

Some are out of order doing it to cause a reaction, but those types soon fade away.

No, not everyone can be an auditor.

Pray tell, what standards are the “auditors” auditing against?

Who’s reviewing their findings prior to publication?

How do we know that the auditor is working impartially without bias?

Are they accredited as an auditor? By whom? And what agency?

By asking the questions you have asked Im thinking you haven't seen them.

If I wish to put on my camera and film in public I can do so can you anyone can.

PINAC is a movement that formed due to the police arresting people who film in public,

Photography Inpublic Is Not A Crime. (PINAC).

And to prove this they go out and film public bodies and their interactions with these bodies.

They use Gov. and the Laws of policing.

An example, a police officer should identify themselves name, number and the station they are working out of (there code of conduct) auditors have consistently caught them disobeying this in the early days.

It got so bad that the police federation wrote to every officer in the country to remind them of the PINAC laws.

I will say that the police now act in a different way with auditors now, as some auditors like Auditing Britian (who has sued the police several times using his footage, for several thousands pounds, which he donates to the homeless.

All of this can be seen on YouTube.

Amazing how often incriminating evidence against a police officer suddenly gets lost or deleted. Happens rather a lot.

Bring a police officer doesn't make you a professional or decent person.

There will be some who misuse their positions and some won't, some will maintain their professionalism and some won't they are human like the rest of us.

I done agree with the whole sharing of images, turning off the cameras etc but what you going to do, for the few times someone's been caught there will be 100's of incidents that haven't been caught.

Ok, you’ve just written a load of bollocks and yet, somehow, still not answered any of my question, so I’ll reiterate;

1 - who is independently verifying these findings before being published on YouTube?

2 - how do I know that the auditor doing these “audits” is going to be impartial during said “audit” and will not, as evidenced in his videos, deliberately lead someone on with provocative questions? He is well known for editing and missing out crucial parts in his videos for views and likes

3 - I have seen them, I flat out think he’s an absolute weapon but I’m challenging YOU on questions 2/3 which you’re deliberately avoiding.

If you can’t answer them then neither can AB, ergo he’s not an “auditor” and it brings his findings into question.

Ok, you’ve just written a load of bollocks and yet, somehow, still not answered any of my question, so I’ll reiterate;

1 - who is independently verifying these findings before being published on YouTube?

The police themselves, they have had to pay these auditors compensation, as they broke the police code of conduct.

2 - how do I know that the auditor doing these “audits” is going to be impartial during said “audit” and will not, as evidenced in his videos, deliberately lead someone on with provocative questions? He is well known for editing and missing out crucial parts in his videos for views and likes

They film their interaction, which is why I agree that some auditors are just winding the police up wasting the police time and I am not shocked they have been arrested.

3 - I have seen them, I flat out think he’s an absolute weapon but I’m challenging YOU on questions 2/3 which you’re deliberately avoiding.

If you can’t answer them then neither can AB, ergo he’s not an “auditor” and it brings his findings into question.

"

And you need to watch these interactions to dismiss them.

I agree that some auditors are winding police up for their personal reasons but there are some who know the law and consistently prove what the BBC have finally uncovered.

I have no need to avoid your questions, why would I.

If the Metropolitan Police were any other organisation they would be disbanded by now. I accept that not all the Met police are like it , but come on this isn't a recent thing.

They have been questionable for decades
