I used to have a neighbour that never wore a bra and her boobs looked AMAZING, nipple's always straight ahead! I mentioned them to her one day and she was like, "they're fake, best decision I ever made, here, feel them!" So I did. And they were gooooood. They were firmer than natural boobs and and very pert for a D cup. |

This sounds like the way forward then, I know there are different shapes etc.

I (Luke) have felt some that feel like rocks under skin and I don't like it at all.
I know a woman who had reconstruction after cancer and they were filled with fat from her tummy and bum. They look and feel amazing. They are technically not originals but they are all her, plus she ended up with a shape she preferred.  |

Sometimes you can tell as they have slightly more resistance qhen squeezing, but tbh nowadays its quite tricky to tell unless you can see the scars of course. |
