If I get a wink I generally will respond with a message, I don't send winks, if a profile interests me enough I think the investment of two minutes to type a message is wworth it. |

If everyone used winks, you wouldn't have to troll through so many messages."
Completely agree…I think you should have to get a wink back before you can send a message…for what it’s worth |

I've started winking because I've written so many messages that people don't respond to that I really can't be bothered anymore. Send a wink and see if theres any response , saves all the typing |

I never used to, but that was on a couples profile.
I do now. Has led to a couple of meets and some great friends.
Admittedly they're less frequent, but there's nothing wrong with a wink as an icebreaker. |
