Should we be surprised here. Employers pretending to value staff but expecting more output with less staff. What's going on here guys? Did work stress you out. It's all over the news

I’ve not seen the news on that but it makes sense given the amount of people I know in similar situations compared to a few years ago

It’s not all work-debated though.

Top cause is minor illnesses - that’ll be colds, D&V etc. Then musculoskeletal and mental health - doesn’t specify if this is work related.

Cost of living is a major stresser. I’m curious Tom, where do you draw the line for employers being responsible for providing support for issues outside of work?

You would think general hygiene standards would have improved with Covid.

Or has everyone gone back to being blasé about hand washing, nose picking, coughing in each other’s faces?
