I usually use my hands, starting at the head, then feeling all the way down to my toes, often stopping for a firtle around the groin area for longer than is absolutely necessary, but I like it! |

not through choice or dieting..... But at least you have somewhere to park your toast for mid-shag snack... And I don't break easily either  |

Not something I used to think about til recently.
I've found I can't get up/sit down without making accompanying noises, walking for more than half an hour gives me back pain, the menopause is further wrecking havoc so I've now started to overall this wreck.
I've lost nearly three stones since the beginning of the year. Do I feel better? No!  |

as age creeps up on me i do feel the need to be more active .. i think some of this stems from a family history of alziemers and dementia .. i think i feel that staying physically fit will stop this coming on |
