Normally, my impulses are to make something. One night, whilst dressed in my dressing gown and slippers, I had the impulse to make something out of wood; this involved the the use of a hole cutter attached to a drill. It turns out that holding a piece of wood steady with your foot whilst wear slippers isn't best working practice (who knew?). Anyway, I cut through my ankle (through to the bone) with the hole cutter and then took a trip to A&E.
Moral to this story? Acting on impulse can sometimes be bad for your health. |

I got impulsively engaged.
It's not the last impulsive thing though. Errrrm that would be AHH yesterday, I impulsively ate a bunch of fudge - it was just there. I gorged on it; I may have salivated a little. |
