Those lyrics from a Raleigh Ritchie song really hit home when I was going through an extremely difficult time in my life.
I fell, but then I definitely rose stronger than ever, and thankfully stayed strong.
To anyone who's currently fallen, you too will rise stronger. |

The whole song is actually quite emotional for me. It was the first song I performed in public for many years. It was at a time when my heart was breaking with every word as I felt them all.
I'll never forget the look on the faces of the two people in that rehearsal with me and how all 3 of us were in tears before the song ended!
Neither of them had heard me sing before and I wasn't sure if I still could.
I'd not used my wings before either and it all just seemed to work.
Sadly I only did it a few times as my self doubt got the better of me but the song still means so much.
Sorry I've probably over shared a bit there!
