If you need a wall to shout at, you need a wall to shout out. Simple.

From what I've heard in the short time I've been here, forum folk are good people, understanding and supportive when people are struggling.

Let it out. Suppressed emotions are a killer.

Hans, I've not seen anything of the sort from you - just your usual thoughtful eloquence and openmindedness.

I have a seen a couple of threads like these though recently.

Using fab as a place to vent, to talk about things? That's absolutely fine. We all experience that and it's good to talk.

If you're using it to be abusive towards another? Get in the bin.

Otherwise, carry on.
