Hi everyone, I’m new to Fab.. just after peoples thoughts is it possible to find a relationship from this place?
I know it’s harder for guys to make their way on this site
It’s kind of difficult when you’ve got a high sex drive to meet someone mainstream if they can keep up with you and also age gaps. Do they really matter?

It happens. There are loads of couples here that met and relationships blossomed…. Whatever type of relationship you seek. As with real life the key is to allow things to grow naturally, rather than look for a relationship look for whoever interests you and let relationships grow from that. What I’ve learned over the years is there’s no one way to have a great relationship and the beauty of fab is that that are people here that embrace a slightly more alternative outlook perhaps. So don’t let anyone tell you it’s not a dating site. It’s whatever you want it to be.

Personally I struggled when I first started until I went to a club and socialised. Once I got a genuine veri you’ll find people to be a lot more receptive if your feedback is positive.
Go to a club mate, you don’t have to participate if you don’t want to but talk to people, it’s going to open doors for you. Obviously you’re going to need to sell yourself a little don’t just rely on sex talk, actually engage in other people’s interests and you’ll find people who once shunned you will start to engage with you more.
I’m no expert on fab but this is my experience. As long as you’re respectful and you control that sex drive so you’re not too pushy you’ll do fine |

It depends what kind of relationship you’d want
Personally, I’ve been dating girls and found out they were on here and chose to break it off, because I think in the long term I want a monogamous relationship
Many people are extremely happy not doing that though, so Fabs might actually be the perfect place to find someone that’s already that way inclined

Probably not for me. I want a monogamous relationship. Id rather try find someone on an actual dating site or real life rather than it start via meeting on here. I’m sure there are others on here who would want a monogamous relationship too but would we trust each other? Not sure. I guess the same goes for meeting someone anywhere any way though. Depends what you both want. |

It's definitely possible, we've been together for over 5 years and met via our old individual profiles here on Fab. We'd say it's likely a rarer occurrence to meet a long term partner on here though, for a number of reasons. That being said initially matching through our sexual interests and libido was a great first step, as you can't really do that in the monogamous dating world as easily. We're now more poly leaning than swingers, but are still very grateful for finding each other on Fab. We wish you the best for meeting a partner

It’s entirely possible - the best things are found when they happen naturally, with no expectation
I met my other half here 1.5yrs ago and neither of us were looking for a relationship at the time, that said I’m am very happy to have found him xx |

We found each other on here (although by accident in terms of a relationship). However if you seek a long term relationship going forward that is sexually non-monogamous or monogamish then logically this site and the wider scene is a good place to look. Many happy long term relationships have been made in the lifestyle. After all we all want to be with someone who accepts and hopefully shares our sexual desires. It's just as important as acceptance of the other aspects of who we are.

I have some how ended up in a relationship with a wonderful human after meeting through this site. I will add that it was the last thing I was looking for - in fact I would say I was actively against getting feelings for anyone

We met on fab and are now together, not married but live together with our families
It’s fantastic as where else could you meet like minded people
Sex is a very important part of a healthy relationship, so if you’re both in the same place, as in you’re both kinky then it’s a great start |

My partner and I have been together 2 years after meeting due to a "my mate fancies you" thread on here.
Neither of us was looking, neither of us wanted a relationship, but sometimes it just fits and can be the best thing in your life.
People meet their partners in all sorts of places, OP. Fab is just one of those places where people make connections. |
