Ah that's taken me back! Had a boyfriend I used to cook black pudding for each weekend. The thought of it made me ill but as I like to taste new things hmmm, delicious love it! Not sure about apple sauce though. I agree with the other poster: are you pregnant lol? |

A pub/restaurant place near here does Black Pudding with apple sauce as a starter and usually have it when dining there!!
