Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I was doing my Morrisons shopping last weekend and had a voucher which I passed to the cashier but she didn't credit my bill with it. My daughter told me to post it on the Morrisons Bookface page and, after an email or two, I got a £5 voucher through the post today. Well done Morrisons!

So how has your faith been restored lately?
