Bad idea, many people who chat to someone and that someone decides not to meet will be branded a time waster, it's posted about often enough.
When your chatting your chatting to see if there's any chemistry and if you want to meet, it's perfectly fine to say no.
Some people don't seem to get people aren't entitled to a fuck because they've sent a few messages.
On the other hand people who have paid our for hotel rooms for the person to not turn up and just block that's just rude.

No ,it would be too open to abuse.
Remember that day you were meeting me and didn't turn up?
Obviously that didn't happen ,but people who hold grudges against others could easily accuse someone of it. |

I agreed to meet this couple, they insisted I bring a goat, a tin of custard and January's Radio Times.
Turned up the hotel as agreed and they never showed up.
Complete time wasters.

Would you be happy to be named and shamed without the ability to say what really happened?
Lots of people get bitter after rejection. The number of false name and shaming would be unreal
