"What do you do that sends the people who were chatting to you running for the hills?"
I remember telling one interested party too much of a truth, saying I couldn't meet due to an ingrowing hair. My filter didn't seem to be working that well

Revealing my true existence as a xenophobic, three foot eight Austrian with a false nose, bad breath, a habit of taking snuff with his coffee, and never seen out in public without his surfboard and parrot. |

That's ironic that phrase came up last night in conversation.
I thrive on openness and I think that leads to some being more open with me than they are accustomed to. Simply put some get overwhelmed.
I look at the 'mature' way of dealing with ruptures in relationships as a commitment by both parties to own their part.
But then sometimes I run for the hills too. Arrrgggh the feelies run away! Scary stuff. |

Expecting to see a face pic before agreeing to meet.
When the realisation hits that a social drink is exactly that, and they won't be getting a fuck.
When I don't respond to sex talk and I'm not interested in a picture of thier genitals.
Seems to be lots of things that send them running.

Telling them I won't do a five hour round trip for a half hour quickie. "
How, absolutely unreasonable of you. |

Quite academical as it sort of requires someone to reply first.
In my "vanilla" dating life it's simply when they realise I'm really skint. Dating on a budget is difficult. And don't tell me it doesn't matter, I've had a few say it to my face now. I'm on a good wage but have kids to pay for and debts. |

"Take 726 days to arrange the meet
Hahahahah!
Me, it's when I open my mouth and start talking and don't stop for air or even when the glazed look crosses their face

We men appreciate when a lady doesn't need air |

Realistically there are probably quite a few things that put people off, but for the purposes of this thread I'm going to choose my availability - which is likely once or twice a month, unless you're going to Chams the same time I am - this is mostly viewed by others as a lie if the chat falls when my first available window is a couple of weeks away, despite actually simply being a reality of my circumstances. |

Never a truer word said....
My perfectly constructed wall chart tells me we're only at day 133, so quite a while to go yet. "
This is my disappointed face |

"When I tell them about my collection of human heads in jar's in the fridge.
"
Nothing wrong with a fine collection of human heads. There's a museum in Oxford with some on displaying; the shrunken heads of those they'd taken in battle. One of the more unusual museum exhibits I've come across.
Moral is that if you dry them out, you can free up the space in your fridge. (Also, helps keep them away from your soft cheese.) |

"Well we sent our face pics earlier and got the ‘sound of silence’ from a back and forth conversation with a female - so we’ll go with face pics
K"
I bet you’re both stunning! |
