Chicken usually beef after that not a pork fan to chewy and fatty don't like lamb.

Always do chicken as that’s what daughter prefers but personally much prefer beef although pork with a nice big bit of crispy crackling comes close

1) Lamb - cooked pink with cloves of garlic in it

2) Beef - cooked rare

3) Gammon

4) Chicken / Turkey

5) Pork

Obviously; served with proper roast potatoes ……. Crispy on the outside, soft ‘n’ fluffy on the inside, 2 or 3 different vegetables and gravy.
