Personality? I think I do, sometimes. I'm definitely a boring old sod some of the times. But I like to think I've left a good impression on everyone I've met!

I am big (stating the obvious) but I'm not sure that extends to my personality. I think I have a chaotic, slightly intense or couldn't give a hoot one.

No. I’m a shy quiet lass until I get to know someone and feel relaxed around them and even then I’m still fairly quiet, just with added dryness and the odd moment of wit.
I prefer to listen rather than chat.

I think it varies by my mood. I can be incredibly shy to the point you'd hardly notice I was there in a crowded room. But if I am too comfortable I can get very talkative and find myself later regretting imposing myself on a situation so much. |

In person I am a lot more quiet and reserved, and I work with some people with very big personalities so I find myself fading into the background. |

I suppose it all depends on what you value.
Parking attendants, seem to be quite ignorant these days. A little whirring and then they spit a ticket at you. They don't seem to care what impression they leave. |

I like to think I’ve got a bit about me and I’m not complete wallpaper but none of us really know how we’re perceived. I don’t really get nervous or anxious in social situations but sometimes I’ll completely tank an interaction and the inner little voice will sometimes get mad and ask me if it’s my first time in public because I’m being weird but I just ignore that voice and see how weird it gets you know?  |

Also to add, I don’t think having a big personality means the loudest in the room, I think it just means leaving a lasting impression. Shy people can have really big and shiny personalities but they make you quieten down to hear and see it. That’s a skill in itself |

It really is. I like when people are the same or very similar to how I read them on the fora. You know, it's their realoomph.
Sometimes this place is just that - an outlet and obviously everyone has down days or can get nervous but when I've met someone in person who can wax lyrically on to me on here/pms and then... can't really talk in person it's a bit well... disappointing.
Big personalities don't have to be loud as SquirrelHants said above. There just needs to be something about them. That ooomph. The sort of thing where I can remember them easily. |

There are those that seem to think I'm quite awesome and strangely enjoy chatting to me and being in my company. Others not so much.
Honestly that's up to other people to decide. I'm just me whomever and whatever that is and means.
I'm very much memorable to some, good or bad. To others I imagine they won't recall whom I am, or they will deny it. I won't ever be in the middle of the crowd drawing attention to myself but I will make myself known if I choose to. |

I have been told I have a calming personality. I think that just means I make people fall asleep. I dont have a big personality in that you may not know I am there in a busy room as I am more a watcher, I defer to louder people and just start silently judging you all. |

I wouldn't say so no. When I think of someone with a big personality, I think loud confidence. I'm confident these days but quietly so. And with the right company, my personality comes out even more so but I still wouldn't describe it as big. You wouldn't notice me in a room unless we knew each other. |

Neither of us have big personalities - we are happy in a room full of others to blend in.
That doesn’t mean we are wall flowers - we will join in, laugh, joke, dance but we don’t need to be seen/heard.
