"Good evening, Julie. Today, the traffic into work was absymal. I tried to do important stuff at work but was foiled by stupid spreadsheets. I went to visit my Dad at hospital tea time. He'd ordered himself cottage cheese and baked beans. That's it. And when I asked if he'd enjoyed his tea, he told me his beef stew was okay. I nodded and smiled. Felt like a loooooooong drive home in the DARK! Mr KC had lovingly prepared an n'duja pasta dish for our tea and I am now lazily drinking coffee and CBA to move " Good evening Mrs KC, I've noticed the traffic has been awful this week now all the schools are back. I'm glad I can walk to work. Things sound frustrating with your Dad But at least he has the memory of a tasty Beef stew instead of the horrific reality of baked beans and cottage cheese!
