Yesterday. I only left the bed to make myself presentable to have a video call. Otherwise, I napped, read two books, ate my favourite fruits, and completely recharged. |

I did a hard gravel ride on Saturday morning had to get up in the middle of the night to get to the venue so come Saturday night I was in bed for 9:30 then worked Sunday and same time Sunday night just pulling round now. |
