All over

have for dinner in this hot weather? I see people still have spicy dishes, hot soups etc on this weather. I can just manage cold salads or perhaps some pasta or grilled fish, that sort of thing. Today it's grilled tuna and salad. What are you having?

I had £5 carvery on Friday evening.

Had originally planned to do a roast yesterday - first time in a while, but it was just too hot

Spicy foods make you sweat and cool down.

Hmmmm wonder why it's so popular in India
