As long as she douches properly there will be nothing on there, that depends how long she wears it for.

Just make sure she has a good clean before hand and don't wear it to long for the first time.

Also make sure the butt plug not to small as that can cause problems.

Have a good clean an hour before. Shower hose without the head with a very weak stream of water. Just be gentle.

No poo really, but the more you anal play it could happen.

You and her will love it. Just offer support and if it happens clean it and she won’t feel embarrassed.
