Physically?
I’d have smaller legs. That being said, I don’t strongly dislike my legs and no one would know I wish for smaller legs as I show them rather than hide them, but if I could have long thin model legs I always dreamed why not?  |

I guess there are a fair few of us in that position. The one that is really upsetting me at the moment is my voice, I am trying voice training but its slow, hard and I don't feel I'm getting there at all. |

There was a lady that fully transitioned on here who had her voice box operated on in London to feminise. |
