A couple of things…. Controversial
1) college Saturdays are better than NFL Sundays
2) Conference championship Sunday is better then superbowl Sunday..
Now that we I’ve said all that… this is the year!!!

I just don't get it. Sorry. I really want to like it. Don't get me wrong, when the action starts, it's great, but there's so little of it. And Americans say "soccer" is boring. |

I would even mind.. but I am a Michigan State alum and our world went to shit yesterday… story is wild! Won’t even have Saturdays this year to numb my Sundays! And to top it all off, we are playing in the national Saturday night game against the 8th ranked team in the nation in the university of Washington… and we probably now get rolled by 20!!!

Well this sums up my jets fandom… gets injured on play 4! Suspected torn Achilles.. if confirmed out for the season!
Well at least they insisted on that conditional 2nd round draft pick clause, so we won’t give that up next year now! |

Cowboys fan here. I have to agree with Fabio. College football is brilliant to watch …. and weirdly watched by more in the US than watch the NFL! Will be following my college teams (Arkansas Razorbacks and Texas Longhorns) with interest this year. That said bring on Sunday 6pm for a slice of RedZone action! |

Have only ever been to one American football game and it was a college game featuring the Miami Hurricanes while I was on holiday with a friend. I could not get over the crowd and the atmosphere. |

I love my college football.. one of the best days of my life was being able to see my Michigan State football team play in the Rose Bowl…. |

Just read a short interview with the new punter for green bay and the first Irish born player in the nfl since 1985. Comes across as a level headed guy. Hope he has a good year. |
