The last time I’ll wake up in the UK for a while so thought I’d make it a memorable one.
Woke up to the sound of sheep and flies buzzing, crawled out my cave poured a Luke warm coffee , lit a cigarette , grabbed my tripod and scrambled up onto Back Tor to photograph the sun rising over Sheffield in the distance.

I got woken by a damn skip lorry going up the road at full speed. We have traffic calming bumps, and when they don't slow down the banging noise is horrendous. I'd been hoping for a lie in after struggling to sleep in the heat  |

It was actually quite sweaty in my cave - didn't get below 17 degrees all night. |

"I dove out of bed, put on my bikini, fed the cat while the coffee was brewing. Took my flask of coffee to the beach to warm me up after my swim at sunrise. I also got some lovely pics"
