Bake spuds in oven then remove filling from middle place in a bowl with some cream cheese and ham and some spring onion mix together re stuff spud and top with grated cheese...place back in oven till cheese is melted and golden brown.. |

I part cook the potatoes in the micro first to save time, then rub them in oil and crisp the skin in the oven.
Favourite is a prawn marie-rose filling, or just butter and grated mature cheddar. |

Take one spud the size you like, nuke for 8 minutes in the microwave, place under the cold tap cover in salt then in the oven for over one hour, topped with butter and strong chedder cheese |

Scoop out the innards, mash with butter grated cheese and spring onion.
Top with more grated cheese and then pop under a hot grill

Now that sounds lovely. How long do you cook your tattie in the oven for and at what temp? I can't get mines to go crispy enough. Small to medium tattie. |

Mine was huge and I did 8 mins in the microwave then 45 mins in over on no 5 and it was lovely and crispy!! X |
