Recently,The Rose in Northfleet. Been in there twice. The first time there was condensation streaming down the windows and the electrics went off four times, people behind the bar seemed to spend a lot of time disappearing then sniffing a lot. Second time the place was dirtier, it appeared as if the barman was a painter and decorator and was still wearing his work clothes. He then told the OH she had nice tits and she asked him if he wanted a dig. We left sharpish. I like back street boozers but that place is taking the piss. |

Just remembered the garden gate in Downham. I had to go in there to pick some money up. People openly doing gear. When I questioned it someone nodded towards the guvnor and said "this is our fucking pub not his". Poor bastard was shitting himself. Its a McDonalds now. |
