There is no solid answer. Some like some don't.
You best overall bet is to have teases of cock, or show cock with more than the usual close up (torso too).

Depends what you’re choosing your profile to show.
Ultimately, it should be what you want to share not what you think others want to see.

I nearly wrote on my profile earlier that if your profile picture is your penis then I won't be interested. And then I remembered that these pictures are the perfect way to filter out the sort of person that think a close up picture of their member is the first thing a woman wants to see and the best thing they have to advertise themself.
