It won't really change much at all.
Just set up and have your profile the way you want it, with the way you would like to see in somebody else's profile.
It is pointless trying to make a profile for the masses, it's going to attract some and turn away others. Slight wrong word here, poor phrasing there and you can cut your potential interested parties by half.
I've tried detailed, I've tried minimal. Different variations of both. Neither increased any traction to my inbox over the years. The most "success" with a profile I've had was the one I gave zero fucks about what others thought of it. |

Men shouldn't have to pander, but we tend to. I'm stuck in a quandry where I appeal visually to approximately 1 person per region of the country. No amount of profile tweaking will change that. (And yes, I have analysed my Fab sucesses over the years and it boils down to at best one per county, or 1 per country depending on where I am.

I must be in the minority but as I read it, I scratched my head and wondered if you’d written it for Fab or simply copied and pasted it from your online dating profile.
It screams, ‘this is why you should date me’ not ‘I’m here to have a good time, fancy sharing in uncomplicated fun’, which is what I reckon you’re trying to get at but perhaps missed the mark.
What does your career/ entrepreneurship have to do with making a connection on Fab? The entire first paragraph adds nothing in my opinion. |

Looks good enough.
Be wary of continually changing it according to others comments. What you end up with, is a profile that is less a reflection of you, and more a collection of what others want to see. |

That’s exactly what put me off reading the rest . I’m not a woman but the ones I know on here are not the slightest interested in that kinda thing. When I meet couples and the guys give it all that crap, it’s so embarrassing for the woman , she’s like I’m sorry he’s so boring  |

Didn't read it, so no idea. As I stated above it's not going to work for everyone anyway. I can guarantee that the ladies that have popped up so far are a small minority that like to help out. The majority will be much more brutal in their dissection of it, and that is where you would see how very little it matters. |

I like your profile photo, you have a lovely genuine smile that uses all your face. Your words read a little like your are trying to impress the in-laws over that awful first 'meet the family' dinner. But if they are your words and thoughts and you are happy with them, all good. |
