John call some fire weather friend come and go .. some are out for what thay can get and thing you can do for them ..I do miss my real friends .. when you put family first thay get older leave the nest you real miss friends i do . And alot 1000s miles away .. 2 of myn are . sons god monthers in ozz. |

I don't think it has to be rare but I do think that some friends are for life and some are with you for just a short while.
As I get older I don't invite people into the close friends realm but sometimes I meet someone and know that we will be buddies and share a closeness. |

And its rear to make true friends swinging as thay come and go. ? I know loads of lovely people.. But not alot i can just call up say i am coming over at the drop of a hat , lol |

As a nation we've taken to moving house, if not home, a lot more in the last 30-40 years than ever we did.
For a number of reasons I've lived in various parts of the world over the years but I've always kept my home in the place I was born amongst people I went to school with, and with their children and grandchildren.
I have friends come to visit from all over the world and open invitations to visit them.
