Just …..can’t ……sleep.

Up early, long work day….gym….and long walk…..still wide awake. Fabbing is one way to spend the early hours..

Reached across to tub wife’s boobs….but shrugged me off!

Mistress/partner slept 11 hours last night! Me jealous AF. How does she do it?

I don't sleep alot as it is I suffer with insomnia and I'm lucky to get maybe 4 hours of sleep a week

That’s sleep deprivation!! Dangerous. At least once a week I will get one night of about 4 hours and naps at weekend….

May aswell .. never an easy task to switch while off shift... i tend to use the time to chill out while everyone is sleeping
