Dilemma..what to have on the pancake (cum is NOT an option)
Bought some pancakes from M & S with chocolate sauce, got lemon, strawberries and jam.....
sure other options lurking in cupboard.
what would be everyone's choices?? |

Lemon juice and sugar and roll it up, delicious. And a recipe, equal measurements of plain flour, egg and milk, with a bit of an extra slug of milk for luck. Relatively hot pan, bit of lard and not too much mixture so you get a nice thin result. As Gordon would say "pancakes....done" |

Forgot to say, make sure you mix the flour, egg and milk before sticking it in the pan otherwise you will end up with something resembling warm and lumpy cum! |

onion gravy , yes I know what your thinking, I was shocked when Tina suggested it and was dead against the thought of it, but curiosity got the better of me and have to admit they strangly go together well. |

Ok I went weird and poured my banana pancake batter into silicone muffin cases, baked in the oven....bit like sweet yorkshire puds, but tres tasty, and less messy frying them |
