I'm on a 4 day full body split at the minute and that's working well for me. It allows me to work each body part multiple times a week and the volume is just right. I think 3 days can be tough to fit everything you want to into your workout. |

"I'm on a 4-day split (2 push, 2 pull, but with some legs on every day rather than specific leg days). If I'm short of time I'll do 3 and make the 3rd session a whole body session instead."
I’ve heard legs every day grows amazing thighs worth drooling over. |

You find what works for you. At the minute I’m doing a 6 day push, pull, legs, push, pull, legs and I’ve probably made the best gains since I started lifting. I’m being forced to take an extended break from the gym in a few weeks and I’m going to change it up completely when I get back into it. |

No, I like to be able to walk in my heels most days. If I did legs daily, I’d surely not be able to walk well in heels.

I do not workout as such but do movement exercises to keep joins and ligaments supple. I don't overdo it though. Try and do long walks now and again. The food I eat is good and never eat instant meals. No alcohol. |

"I like an A+B workout.
So one week I might go 3 times and do A B A, the following week would be B A B.
I find every other day to be best. With a three day gap every 3 weeks"
In addition, I don't think you can over train. Just under rest. |

Heels after leg day would not be nice to feel I'm sure! |

6 days... wow that takes me back some years to having the time for that!! Don't think I could take that now. |
