Plant based ? Based on plants ? Something incredibly artificial and pumped full of chemicals after being bashed, boiled, fried and fucked about ? No.

I am vegan tho ......

Meat substitutes are death by convenience.

your wildest dreams,

The biggest issue is not the meat, though I don’t eat that either, but upf and that can be consumed in huge amounts in a plant based diet too. The key surely is natural foods without the additives

the land of tall tales and yarn

Plant-based meat alternatives often contain more sodium than animal meats—in some examples up to six times more—and some of them contain added sugars, artificial coloring, and controversial additives like carrageenan and methylcellulose, which are bulking agents.

Not for me OP
