So I just got out the shower. Dried the excess water off as you do. Sitting to air dry.
Then it happens, you are all warm, it's a warm day and you just keep getting wetter (ladies! Keep focused). Can feel myself sweating because it was all a bit too warm.
And I didn't lower the temp gradually.
It is annoying. |

I know the feeling! I always have a tepid shower so I don't overheat and if that doesn't work, I'll just stick the fan on so I don't sweat too much while I put my moisturizer on |

Set up a fan and sit or lay near it while you’re drying, the water will help conduct the cold air and your core will cool and stay cooler longer
(A tip given to me by the locals in the Canary Islands when I lived there as a teenager and was melting daily, helped a lot) |
