I'm with Meli on this one; as someone that likes to keep fit, toned bodies are great to look at but ultimately I'm attracted to personality and not the wrapper. |

I like to look after my body. I feel best mentally and physically when I have physical activity as a big part in my life.
I like someone who feels good about their body and looks after it. I typically get on best with someone who enjoys and partakes in physical activity as a massive part of their every day life.
I do love big massive, defined man thighs. |

"You can have a dad bod and be gym fit. " you can, but it’s hard work.
I was a big fan of functional fitness before lockdown. Basically working against my own body weight.
Totally stopped when I got ill, and it’s a sod to get back into. |

What about like 'real fit' is that not an option? It's those who don't stand in front of mirrors and take pics or make videos in gyms. Those who go outside, enjoy the countryside for a run/ride/walk and just live and be what ever they are but staying active at the same time. I want that one, non of this counting calories, reps, posing and oiling yourself or telling everyone about your latest protein. |
