I have been out tonight to three of my favourite dogging locations in Leicestershire. Normally these places are a hive of activity but tonight there was not a soul. Dogging dates back from the 40's and 50's where couples were restricted to where they could have a little more fun and now its dying a death........or is it? Let me know your thoughts. |

I like dogging. Have been discussing going myself today with another member. But.... It's mighty cold innit?
Have to be of the Bear Grylls School of Dogging to be out tonight surely! |

Poor weather merely discourages the amateurs. |

"I don't mind the cold too much, but snow is out of the question....lol"
Snow's great. It tends to keep the cops occupied elsewhere and reflects what little light there is onto the matter in hand. |

I have had only one experience of dogging and it was enough to put me off for life..We were followed around and around and i kept expecting someone to start singing "convo" and hear "come in rubber ducky"
Besides, i like to be warm and comfortable when im indulging , not freezing me tits off |

In the 40's there was a petrol shortage, not many cars by the 50s I'll bet more dogging goes on these days. |

That rather prompts the question 'why were you driving "around and around"?'
What were you looking for/ trying to escape? |

Much of the folklore of dogging suggests cars didn't appear in any shape or form in the early days.
It was more about escaping, on foot, to local lovers's lanes. |

So ..... nothing was happening but there were enough people to form a convoy? |

I still go dogging in all weathers.
I'm lucky to have one of the best known dogging spots near me, so rude not too.
I've had some fantastic fun in the cold weather.
Usually a lot quieter but that can be a good thing.
Just remember to flick the snow out of your trollys before you pull them back up

They have to be used to the cold there,
They have had all their doors nicked lol
I was dragged up in the rough part of woodhouse.
Our paths may have crossed in town.
