Morning all... Does anyone here work in estate agents and lettings?
How much responsibility/accountability do agents have for problem tenants?
A few of us are having issues with new neighbours and all the agency are saying is call the council/social care/police etc. A few steps have already been taken, but nothing has improved.
Surely the agents also have to have the landlords interests in mind?
Sorry for all the questions... |

Report to the police for a crime ref number and send all complaints with that number to the letting agents, they will let the landlord know and likely the tenancy won't be renewed, I doubt they will evict due to the costs involved unless said tennant falls into arrears |
