Our profile has been changed from “couple” to “man” without us knowing, we have been on here years and have quite a few verifications, has anyone else had this happen and did you get it rectified?

Contact Admin via the home page and ask them to review your profile.

You likely got reported because of the initial text in your profile. However your veris support your profile text that you are indeed a couple who meet and your wife attends but just watches.
