Serious post, sorry. Looking for your suggestions on dealing with days when you just feel listless, flat, uninspired and generally meh! Been feeling like that for a few days and even trying to con myself that I’m just tired isn’t working. So what’s the best ways to get mojo back?

Listening to kid's laugh (although it could come across as creepy if you just hang out round kid's laughing)

So that aside, dog's acting like fools, cat's and kittens.

Watching a squirrel run around.

Looking up at the sky and realising that the universe is big,I mean really big....

Then realising that our problems on a universal scale are infinitesimally small.

If you can get to an open body of water that's safe and just lay on your back and float it's the best.

Go for a walk see if you can find an old couple walking hand in hand.

Do some housework you'd be amazed how cathartic housework can be.

Travelling

It depends on the day and how hard the vibe is hitting me low.

What may work for one thing one day won't work for another.

I would say try to appreciate the small things. For example, if it’s a sunny day, get a side sit in a park and your mood will change

It’s easier said than done, of course, but the first step is always the best step

Personally, I give myself a time limit for feeling the meh, especially if it's something specific that got me down.

I'll say to myself - take today to feel shit. Tomorrow wake up with a different mindset.

It tends to work.

Hope you feel better soon.

xx J

Exercise and drink plenty of water. That seems to work for me.

Worthing

Go for a walk, watch a good show on netflix or youtube, make something (model, cooking, something from wood), plant something, see relatives, arrange visits with friends. Good luck op.

Have a good lie-in, proper 13 hours in bed, then get up and blast some exercise in daylight, eat well, go to a club and stick your cock through a glory hole.

I connect with nature as much as I can. I also go for a quiet walk quite often if feeling meh. My biggest uplift is working out. Exercising regularly keeps me generally feeling strong and well but I will get doing some exercise ASAP if feeling less than great. If I'm extremely tired, it could just be a good walk

Some humour may be good. I'll assess what I need, as much as possible.

I may also arrange some things to come, that will be great to look forward to. And contact good friends, who understand me.

Put an audio book on and go for a walk for a couple of hours.

Else jump on the motorbike and escape for a bit.

Op, sometimes it's just about sitting with the feelings, letting them in hosting them for as long as they want to stay for, then letting them fo again, as they will go again, it's swings and roundabouts.

I know right?

Still, OP isn't an unattractive man, if he approached us in a club and introduced himself, we would happily chat. All play starts with talking, but not all talking leads to play. At the very least, he could make a new friend
