Personally, if everyone's clean and hygienic, there's no harm. I get that some might not like it, and I certainly won't object to kissing a girl after my cock has been in her mouth (I find it a turn on) but if she doesn't want to be kissed after going down on her, I'm not going to force her or be offended.
