How are you doing?
I Feel like I'm winning at adulting today. Made parking at work, got some lovely feedback for something I'd pulled together and bought a healthy lunch instead of just eating chocolate.

As a bloke, you're not supposed to admit these things. But bollocks to it.
I'm having a bit of a bad time lately. Constant self-destructive behaviour, self doubt, huge case of imposter syndrome, and feeling very shitty about how I look/come across.
There's one to unpack eh. Probably too much for this, but hey ho. It's off my "chest" now |
