So my friend got admitted to hospital over the weekend. Into the ward I was on after my op.
I've been there quite a bit and been getting that 'don't I know you' look from most of the staff.
Anyway, my friend is a smoker and had been sharing the smoking shelter and some banter with one of the male nurses. It transpires that he's recently separated and appeared quite keen when he realized that she was my visitor and that I'd be returning the favour while she's there.
So is it ethical and/or acceptable to hit on a nurse who mopped up large amounts of my sick, saw me with no make up and loppy hair and at my worst?  |

He obviously fancied you in what would be most probably the worse that you have looked in your entire life, so if that didn't put him off nothing will.
Perhaps he saw the lovely person you are.
I'm sure if he saw you in your stockings and heels he will be asking if he can examine you in private  |

No stockings and heels cos I'm going to put back on what I wad wearing earlier but with a bit of slap and a trim and hopefully (being a man) he'll just think I look perkier cos I've had my lunch and brushed my hair.
Stockings are for first dates so they can't concentrate while I pretend I don't realise they've noticed...   |

My son had cancer three years ago, got on like a house on fire with one of the nurses, nothing happened at the time but stayed in touch, they now live together. So go for it xxx |

My friend walked up to the ward desk and, while all the staff were stood around, told him I fancied him!
Apparently he went bright red and everyone else stared/giggled. Then she went for a fag.
When she came back she told me then her meds turned up and she was free to go home.
Though I have no shame and feel no embarrassment it seems he does cos he'd run away and hidden somewhere!  |

Unfortunately I was the one who took her home and they knew I was there cos she brazenly told them all I fancied him. 
But she does have to pop back later in the week. I couldn't possibly let her drive herself... |
