I happily indulge in a lot of BDSM without ever feeling the need for a written contract.
But, people are different. If that gets someone off or gives someone a level of security that helps them, it's not like it does any harm. |

Every interaction contains a contract and agreement. Writing it down is just a way of proving it to a court of law. Before meeting anyone from here one should negotiate terms defining parameters and stipulating limits not to be crossed. The contents of the chat leading up to the meet could be considered a form on contract after the event, should anything have become unpleasant. |
