I did a food shopping today and the lovely taxi driver carried all my heavy bags from the car to my doorstep
and I have made a batch of vanilla ice-cream  |

My weekend has been top all over, Friday- a very enjoyable date with a top woman. Saturday, a very lazy day lie in and Stoke won and to round it off an afternoon with my mates all coming over for beer, footy and man gossip
Don't think it could have been better |

Finally getting unstuck earlier preparing for job inter_iew tomorrow and finding lots of examples that show my skills and why i should get the job (already work there this is for a permanent job)....and hopefully finishing the weekend with a fun meet (nervously waiting for T time!) |

My ex step son came to visit. His mum died three weeks ago and all my girls visited her in the hospice and went to the funeral.
I felt humbled and proud at the same time that my ex, his mum and I raised our kids in an environment that they were able to support each other and I was able to speak fondly of his mum.

I felt humbled and proud at the same time that my ex, his mum and I raised our kids in an environment that they were able to support each other and I was able to speak fondly of his mum.

Saw the fb Friday night - however this all went sour on Saturday morning and we finished things - so had to be attending the club and seeing lots of friendly faces that knew just how to take my mind off things |

The look of joy on my friend's daughter's face when she saw the Disney princesses cake I made for her made up for the fact I had to redo all the processes at 1:30 am as they slipped off the board and smashed to the floor as I was about to put them on the cake...lol...think it was about 5 ish when it was completed....but the reaction made it all worth it |

The death of our son broke us, no one else involved. I'd like to think I'd be the sane if he dumped me for another woman...but I doubt it! |

Different event lead to different out comes, but you all should feel very proud of what you achieved. It never easy for anyone when a relationship breaks down, but you all seemed to have coped better than most |
