This is going to sound stupid but it’s true. I thought I was depressed when I was younger. It turns out I was just really bored. Get off the computer, get out and focus on your hobbies. Don’t have a hobby? Get one. Try anything until something sticks. Have you seen Jim Carey in “Yes Man”. That needs to be you until you get out of the funk. Sometimes a change in perspective is all that’s needed |

This is good too. Sometimes it can be hard to start the conversation. It sometimes helps to write down your thoughts so you can figure out what you actually want to say
Look up “universal themes”, pick one a day, and write without stopping about it for 10 minutes. Don’t stop to think, just write. Let yourself digress if that’s what your kind wants to do
You’ll be surprised what comes out and you might figure out why you’re feeling as you do so you can approach someone to talk in a way which you feel more confident bringing up. You might better understand who to approach through this too |
