What makes you happy?

It would be fun to know what makes you happy. Many things makes me happy, from weight training, yoga and learning languages.
But my main passion that I have which makes me the most happy is to paint portraits and landscapes in oil, it is fun  |

I never knew you liked to paint Shag. That's lovely
My Zumba class makes me happy, I can get lost in the music and moves alongside exercising and socialising, built up a friendship group just from Zumba! It makes me feel energised and confident.
My Dog makes me happy, he's been poorly and it's amazing seeing him back to his happy healthy self
Work, I love my job, buying little bits like books and things for the little ones to play with makes me happy... I've spent a small fortune this weekend on books and plushie figures to link in with the stories.
The gym and seeing my body change makes me happy. I am still a work in progress and always will be but I am happy with how my body looks for a change
Tbf life in general makes me happy, I can honestly say I feel content right now at this point in my life. |

I just had some very tasty hash browns. They were perfectly crispy. They made my belly happy.

Getting out to Wales with the Decent Camera then sitting on a Hill all day (or 3) and waiting for Aircraft to fly past below me at 500MPH (See Mach Loop) |

My family, my dogs, my garden (when in bloom), jewellery, going on walks, sunny days, autumnal days (dry but cold), music, a good tv series, romcom films, drawing (badly).

Exploring a new city in the early hours when no one else is about.
Sitting in the airport lounge with a drink before heading off on an adventure.

But, though that is very much the frontrunner, I suppose there's other bits.
Seeing people I care about happy, especially if I'm a part of that happiness. Watching bruises heal. Terrible terrible jokes and stupid fluffy dogs. Understanding and being understood. |

Our daughter taught herself to ride a bike 4 weeks ago after not being at all interested.
Yesterday we rode 25k.
I love spending time with our kids. Seeing them have fun is when I'm happiest.
