If it's a new account, I think you have to wait something like seven or fourteen days.

I've had a profile here before: Photo verified, sliver pass, over two weeks old account. Couldn't post on the forum?! I think it's a glitch that occurs sometimes, admin did nothing to help. Create a new profile with new email.

I had the same problem. Use the contact us button on the home page. It took me two messages to admin and it was sorted. Other people have had the same issue and had it fixed. I hope it gets sorted soon for you
